Professional Driver Education
Gain confidence behind-the-wheel and learn the rules of the road with our state-approved driver ed program.
Jordan Driving School provides driver education for students between 14.5 and 18 years of age who are actively enrolled in a public, private, charter, or licensed home school. If you are 18 years old, you will need to obtain your permit from the DMV and submit a copy to your instructor to be able to participate in the behind-the-wheel portion of the program.
Each class runs for ten days. You must bring a copy of your birth certificate on the first day of class. Please also bring a pen and paper to take notes during the classes. If you are late to class, you must make up a full class day on the scheduled makeup days. If you need to make up more than two days, you must register and pay to attend another class session.
Once you have completed the 30-hour classroom, you will be contacted by one of our behind-the-wheel instructors to schedule your 6-hour behind-the-wheel lessons. We drive students in the order in which they take the class and within each class, from oldest to youngest. The instructor will meet you at a school or another public location. You must secure transportation to and from your lessons.
